Responsibilities
  • Client Sourcing
    • Build and maintain relationships with external bodies to obtain information on potential business (sales leads) such as government agencies, non-governmental institutions, banks, contractors, associations, and all potential sources.
  • Client Management
    • Coordinate with other departments (Example: Legal, Tenant Relations, etc.) to provide services to clients;
    • Facilitating client visits to Suryacipta;
    • Provide all information/data needed by the client to make decision;
    • Prepare a quotation/Letter of Offer (LOO);
    • Collaborate and assist Sales Division to handle Foreign Clients.
  • Transaction Management
    • Prepare documents such as Confirmation Sheet (CS), Lease Agreement, Land Sales & Purchase Agreement (LSPA), and Sales & Purchase Deed Singing;
    • Facilitates the handover of property to the client.
  • Establish and maintain relations with Chinese Tenants and bridging communication with Tenant Relations.
  • Make periodic reports such as Entity Card, Customer Card, Canvassing & Cold Calling Report.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks, including but not limited to translate Chinese material into Indonesian / English (and vice versa).
Requirements
  • Age: 23 to 35
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in related field (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (Oral and written)
  • Computer Literacy
  • Ability in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
