Build and maintain relationships with external bodies to obtain information on potential business (sales leads) such as government agencies, non-governmental institutions, banks, contractors, associations, and all potential sources.
Client Management
Coordinate with other departments (Example: Legal, Tenant Relations, etc.) to provide services to clients;
Facilitating client visits to Suryacipta;
Provide all information/data needed by the client to make decision;
Prepare a quotation/Letter of Offer (LOO);
Collaborate and assist Sales Division to handle Foreign Clients.
Transaction Management
Prepare documents such as Confirmation Sheet (CS), Lease Agreement, Land Sales & Purchase Agreement (LSPA), and Sales & Purchase Deed Singing;
Facilitates the handover of property to the client.
Establish and maintain relations with Chinese Tenants and bridging communication with Tenant Relations.
Make periodic reports such as Entity Card, Customer Card, Canvassing & Cold Calling Report.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks, including but not limited to translate Chinese material into Indonesian / English (and vice versa).
Requirements
Age: 23 to 35
Min. 3 years’ experience in related field (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
