Responsibilities
  • Research, analysis, recommendations and reporting
    • Basic Analysis (Global, Macro & Microeconomics);
    • Market Trend Analysis (Demand; Supply; Product etc.);
    • Competitor Analysis (Land bank; tenant; transaction price; development);
    • Industrial Analysis (Automotive; Consumer Goods; Pharmaceutical; Building Materials);
    • "Focused Target" analysis (particular company);
    • Analyze customer the consideration factors.
  • Support Sales / Foreign Desks to conduct studies for presentation activities to potential clients.
  • Provide input to Sales, about what industry (or what company) should be targeted.
  • Create, maintain, update and analyze databases (By Trend; By Location; and By Industry)
  • Make, monitor, analyze and make improvements to Sales activities
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks regarding to sales activity.

 

Requirements
  • Age: 23 to 32
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in related field (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Have experiences in statistics, marketing strategy, research and analysis.
  • Have knowledge in marketing communication and branding.
  • Computer Literacy is a must
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
