Responsibilities
  • Client Sourcing
    • Build and maintain relationships with external bodies to obtain information on potential business (sales leads) such as government agencies, non-governmental institutions, banks, contractors, associations, property consultants/agents, and all potential sources.
  • Client Management
    • Follow-up, provide services and information/data needed by the client to make decisions;
    • Coordinate with other departments (Example: Legal, Tenant Relations etc.) to provide services to clients;
    • Facilitating client visits to Suryacipta;
    • Collaborate with Foreign desk(s) to handle Foreign Clients.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Analyst to gather information on sales leads.
  • Transaction Management
    • Conduct negotiation with clients;
    • Prepare documents such as Letter of Offer (LOO), Confirmation Sheet (CS), Lease Agreement, Land Sales & Purchase Agreement (LSPA), and Sales & Purchase Deed Singing
    • Facilitates the handover of property to the client.
  • Administration
    • Collecting and analyzing sales reports for the future action of sales activity.
    • Ensure that the database and Competitor Analysis are well documented and updated.
  • Coordinate, lead, and supervise the sales personnel(s).
  • Make, monitor, analyze and make improvements to Sales activities
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks regarding to sales activity.

 

Requirements
  • Age: 23 to 35
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in related field (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Computer Literacy is a must
  • Ability in Mandarin is a plus
