Build and maintain relationships with external bodies to obtain information on potential business (sales leads) such as government agencies, non-governmental institutions, banks, contractors, associations, property consultants/agents, and all potential sources.
Client Management
Follow-up, provide services and information/data needed by the client to make decisions;
Coordinate with other departments (Example: Legal, Tenant Relations etc.) to provide services to clients;
Facilitating client visits to Suryacipta;
Collaborate with Foreign desk(s) to handle Foreign Clients.
Collaborate with Marketing Analyst to gather information on sales leads.
Transaction Management
Conduct negotiation with clients;
Prepare documents such as Letter of Offer (LOO), Confirmation Sheet (CS), Lease Agreement, Land Sales & Purchase Agreement (LSPA), and Sales & Purchase Deed Singing
Facilitates the handover of property to the client.
Administration
Collecting and analyzing sales reports for the future action of sales activity.
Ensure that the database and Competitor Analysis are well documented and updated.
Coordinate, lead, and supervise the sales personnel(s).
Make, monitor, analyze and make improvements to Sales activities
Carry out ad-hoc tasks regarding to sales activity.
Requirements
Age: 23 to 35
Min. 3 years’ experience in related field (Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
